Filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, this historic action — Nativa Party Trust v. United States of America et al. — seeks justice and redress for more than 150 years of systemic violations against the descendants of U.S. chattel slavery and Afro-Indigenous peoples.
The complaint demands federal recognition of the Treaties of 1866, restitution for land theft, banking fraud, mass incarceration, and racial misclassification, and establishment of a $14 trillion Reparations and Restitution Fund.
This is not just litigation — it is a legal declaration that the heirs of this land will no longer be erased, misclassified, or denied the rights guaranteed by treaty, constitution, and international law.
✊🏽 The Meaning Behind the Nativa Party Movement
The Nativa Party Trust was born from the awakening of a people reclaiming their identity, inheritance, and lawful standing. Our flag represents a covenant — a restoration of the promises made and broken since 1866, and a declaration that Black Americans and Afro-Indigenous heirs will no longer exist as wards of any system.
The gold eagle signifies sovereignty and divine authority, while the red, blue, and gold field represents blood, honor, and law. The encircling seal — Private. Irrevocable. Treaty Protected. — declares that our rights are not granted by government but secured by birth, lineage, and the Creator.
This movement is not political theater — it is a lawful and spiritual rebirth. Through the Nativa Party Trust, we restore what was taken: land, name, nationhood, and dignity. We stand as the living heirs of the Treaties of 1866, bound by truth, faith, and law.
About the Nativa Party
The Nativa Party was founded by private citizens who refuse to be governed by broken systems that no longer serve the people. As a lawful private American, I operate outside of the corporate fiction—returning to my Indigenous inheritance, my trust, and my unalienable rights. This party stands for truth, lawful self-governance, and the restoration of justice in every state.
We don’t ask for a seat at the table—we’re building a new one. From legal empowerment to spiritual sovereignty, the Nativa Party is the voice of those reclaiming their names, their land, and their future. We move in law, not in fear. We protest with paperwork and power. And we don’t beg systems—we correct them.
Reclaiming What Was Stolen: Our People, Our Power, Our Identity.
We are the original people — full of light, melanin, and memory. But systems have tried to erase that. They renamed us, reclassified us, and buried our true identities under lies like “minority,” “Black,” or “colored.” What we lost wasn’t just land — we lost status, language, and protection.
The Nativa Party is here to restore that.
We don’t need permission to be who we are. We were sovereign before they wrote their laws. Our melanin is not a disadvantage — it’s proof of inheritance. They stole from us, but now we rise with paperwork, power, and purpose. This movement is about waking up the mislabeled, the miseducated, and the misled — and bringing them home to their true standing.
If you’re ready to move in law, correct your status, and stand on truth — you’re already one of us.
We’re Suing for Our Souls. Reclaiming What’s Ours by Law.
This isn’t just a protest — this is paperwork warfare. The Nativa Party is bringing lawsuits, affidavits, and truth to every courtroom that has ever misnamed, misjudged, or mistreated our people.
We’re done begging for justice. We’re demanding it — by law.
Every mislabeled identity…
Every unlawful eviction…
Every wrongful repossession, arrest, or classification…
We’re correcting it all — one document, one lawsuit, one victory at a time.
They stole our names. We filed them back.
They took our standing. We recorded it.
They erased our people. We’re proving we never left.
This is what reclaiming identity looks like — in court, on record, and in trust.
